Easy Peasy Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure everything is in its brand-new, unworn, and undamaged state, with all the original packaging and accessories.

Free Return Shipping
Returns are free within 7 days of your order. Just use the return label we provide and send the package back to us, postmarked within 14 days of purchase. If you return after 7 days, a shipping fee will apply.

Quality Check for Returns
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll give it a thorough inspection to make sure it meets our return guidelines. If it passes, we’ll issue your refund. If not, we'll have to reject the return and won't be able to refund or credit you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
